as F2P, sometimes a level 8 hogu is a good thing...  I mean, how often do they get high tier hogus?

its not 1 red reishi, but 1 box of red reishi. In one box, you get between 5 to 14 red reishi depending on your luck.

Yes people have used the advance partner option, it gives good boosts. Better growth rates and base stats on partner. Whats a good modify to change to depends on which partner you want to make the change on.

300mil for 200 red reishi , i'm guessing it's about 650-700mil for 500 reishi so if you want a gold partener to be red you need to spend 1bil...
for advanced modification  you need 20 am fragments....1 fragment - 3 gold reishi
I did a modify on ikkaku(tavern) tier 3 modify was "add 10% block rate , can surpass 90%"

And looks like all tavern parteners get 2 more tiers for modify.
