what is the new max block rate of Noza if you put block rate on his stars with advanced modifications ?

yeah well this new stark upgrade will put kenny to shame once a player gets him doubled.

too bad it doesn't double shit, hahaha it does upgrade them, but not NEAR double... maybe 1/8th stronger

220ish i believe got mine up to 122% before ulquorria bond... will post a pic here once i get ulquorria (probably later this week as i'm at 765/900 coupons and I get between 25 and 35/day

i hv max evo n bond 136% n theres no 0.2% on it? thats why im asking where the hell 0.2% from

bcos theres many changing like now vip 4 only can hv 16/16 while old acc vip 4 can hv 16/18 partner, and if u want more detailed a bit theres changing at evo i wont mention which char

When I look into kenpachi's evo it shows 13,8%

so I doubt here's problem. I guess my mistake was in bonds since I can't see it's max bonus and see only that there's 0,58% for 1 lvl bond so I estimated that max bond bonus is 30x0,58%=17,4%. But max bonus is other, right? (probably 17,2%)
