its RNG. it scales from 3 to 10. either you werent lucky enough or i wasnt XD only thing i can say.

Now if only they made this available for gold event partners as well, that would be great There wouldnt even be a need for something too fancy just growth rates +0,8-1 and stats + 500-1000 would be more than enough :/ Originally red partners would still be overall better and gold would at least feel like an upgrade over new improved tavern partners with their crazy growth rates and decent stat increase.

Yeah im not sure about those myself, i guess since in gold its 20 per reset, maybe 20 modify items ...
