Not sure how I feel about that Kisuke. Would he be worth it as an alternative of sorts to Tavern Aizen, perhaps? Though he doesn't stun or reduce fury, the silence seems like something guaranteed; but does it work in both PvP and PvE?

But if he silences for 2 turns, regains 68 fury (102 if crit, I assume) or has a fury increasing support (that crits, or if he procs an extra round for them), he's using his skill nigh-constantly. Therefore... until he's dead or something goes horribly awry then how much fury the enemy supports have means nothing, aye? 'course, yer in fer a doozy once (if) they use their skill eventually since the bonus fury increases the output, if I'm not mistaken. 'course again, if yer doin' things right one or two turns should've been enough to buy your Assaulters time to kill their supports anyways, eh?
Don't forget that the most difficult enemies in PvE are immune to fury reduction and sometimes stun; some may be immune to silence, too, but not sure 'bout that.
Decided to take some stuff from the Perfect couple topic to put it where I could actually get some responses maybe. I need info or ideas.
But yeah, does his silence work on PvE stuff, too? I could probably get through Starrk in Lv100 Trial with him, for example. 'course, tavern Aizen would work, too, I imagine. But what about in King of Hollow Souls w/e? Things there tend to ignore fury reduction, the "main" units of those fights are also immune to stun, and given their higher levels are very hard to stun regardless. I doubt the silence works in the 1v1s, though, right?
Also, in PvP, it's hard to get a main faster than something like a Gin, so... yeah. If you use a Gin or something and stun enemy assaulters, if the enemy has a normal Kisuke (or Rukia) then the moment they come out of stun unless they get re-stunned there's no stopping them. Additionally, if the enemy support crits and has enough defense against fury reduction from accessories unless your Yoruichi/Aizen/whatever has enough bonus fury reduction or crits on the reduction (and doesn't stun) then they end up useless, right? |
