what is the best way to level/gain power?

I need a good way to gain levels/ gain some power, right now im level 50, with like 34k power, im not sure if this good or not? any advice?

I just did the menos one thats up right now and it killed me in 1 hit

stay in there cause even if it 1 hits you, you can still get lots of xp and silver. if it kills you respawn and attack again.

it does that to almost everyone (one guy here survives it, lol)  hit Evil Spirit and Ryoka every day...  you will see other stuff that gives good XP, but long story short, ES and Ryoka are your zone
