Well yea, pve is good but idk gg made rj too stronger, at least they should add to katen smt like freeze,voi, chaos etc...to defeat a rj user i need speed and high dmg and its not easy

Invincibility doesnt block mutilate nor ignite. Combo attacks dont trigger the ignite/mutilate from what i've seen.
ignite is a damage over time like mutilate, but while mutilate removes %of total hp,ignite removes health based on the damage of the source that caused that burn. Mutilate will (likely)deal higher damage to your vang than your support, ignite will deal the same damage on both targets

There's no buffs which can counter attack mutilate and ignite?

Nope even shields dont work on RJ. Only way is to outheal the burn and Multilate or have a Mod ignore Multilate (like new Van and chair Aizen) but u still suffer from the burn.

freeze, void, or other control won't help vs RJ, Chaos shouldn't help much, or a several round Chaos would probably be too OP

Human Sajin will be immune to mutilate, and ignite just isn't that big of a deal most of the time

lol, saying that katen is noy strong is a bit of exaggeration, don't you think? Katen is for about 32k in witch's house and in comparison to other zanpaktous I wouldn't say it is too much, especially since it stomps every other zan in PvE. The only thing I dislike about katen is that it could give more love for vanguards but that's still top-tier zanpaktou. Even if RJ is better in PvP I wouldn't say that katen is nothing against it and maybe chair aizen with his crazy damage will be able to decrease gap between them. Btw every zanpaktou need much work on partners to keep up with others. That also applies to RJ. With shitty partners, RJ is shitty as well. About RJ price it is for about 50k gold in bargain sale I think. During one of anniversary feasts it was for 40k, and now for 40k top-up and 20k spend you can get both RJ and kukaku. Either way, I could guess that you care about both PvP and PvE, but the question is: about which more? If you care more about regular PvE take katen (she is also pretty good in PvP), if you focus more on PvP and void get RJ (he is also pretty good in PvE). You can also wait for new zanpaktou because RJ has like half of year and new zanpaktou will most probably be a perfect counter against RJ.
