its not just ryujin's mutilate its all mutilate.

The question still remains the same. Will they fix it.

Hopefully it is fixed before Void Region starts, or else VR is going to be over very fast.

and we merge people got prob on our ES, after merge ES didnt start at 30 but lvl 95, next day it went up to 125, and today 126? whats up w/ that, before merge my ES is only 113, and the server now dont even have high lvl than me, now i can kill my ES after 25mins, i have no more time to kill the other 2, WHATS UP W/ THIS LVL UP OF ES? server 327 T_T

and one more thing is im the only one hitting my ES snce merge happen 3 days ago, so why did it lvl up too much?

Mutilate is only supposed to proc in PVP since it does a percentage of total hp.  Oetsu's does 80% mutilate.

Burn and poison do damage by a percent of attack power, so they work in PVE and PVP.

Mutilate is the problem I normally do 300-350mill damage in ryoka tonight I one shoted to wave 84 using raijin yoruichi

I'll just leave this here.. Take note that nobody else on the server has a mutilate partner period.
