What should i get from this event?

At this point getting RJ would be the best option for PVE and PVP.

Nimaiya is still a solid partner ...

might have to get him, RJ would be wonderful but he is still expensive even though this is the cheapest i've seen him

IMO...   
Tensa is only viable if you get him for free from top up as a bonus, don't spend on him
Oetsu is a great option, but have him go after hikifune so you can for one get her buffs, and two, she should clear out most/all your foes save the vang, leaving (hopefully) only the stacked vang there for Oatmeal to mutilate.
Raijin Yourichi is another great choice to get some mutilate in your life, you don't have to spend for her all up front either, which is a big deal to me

personally I run a stacked Noza and a stacked Rajin, and honestly, unless you grossly overpower me (1MBP+), RJ is really the only thing I hate to see in my foe's lineup, and once I get my regeneration from Hyorin, I'd wager even RJ will loose some of his gusto

by not having to spend on her at once, im guessing you mean from limited lease? (if so i failed on that part) but ya i'd have oetsu going 2nd (hiki is 1M speed + right now lol) would have to evo him up for t1 to use him but at the moment i think its my best bet.

well that and praying for a miracle UBP to appear from rythen b4 this event ends

Players need to pay more attention. This is not the cheapest by a LONG shot.

He was up for grabes for spending 20k gold not long ago. Prior to that there was an event giving 8k for 4k top(and I've seen ones give 10k for 4k as well) That would make 24k gold for $300.

Saved, you could get new yorichi and receive him for free making the prices half for each $150/$150, boosting a team massively. Just so happens I just moved and haven't got a job yet and have no money to do it myself. That really sucks seeing it all and can't do shit.

the last zan collect event was pretty good, top up 1k to get 10k gold b/c of the server bonus, thats the main reason this event is much easier to deal with

I've not seen that. That would be sick if it did happen. But there should have been a lot more gold slung around if it were like that, not saying it didn't happen, but I didn't see it.
