T1 Kisuka is the fastest and easiest way to T1. If you still low lv throwing Rukia in there will make it even faster and cheaper.
You could also use Cute Orihema or Shinso Gin if you can get them. But it will take a little more to incorparate them in there.(than Rukia)
To get fury stones for cheap, Rio event 2nd or 3rd day 200 top and 500 spend will get you 8 fury stones.
Treasure map can get you 3 fury stones for as low as 250 gold if you hit 2 rolls for 2 and pay for one 2 roll.
Those are the 2 best I know of.
True, though the evo will take time and it is better to start saving for a zampacto in the beginning rather than doing evo.
But the enchant is defiantly a way to go. It can act as an extra basic stone, or looked at another way, increase the lv of 4 of your stones.
So 4 basic become 4 primary or 4 intermediate become 4 advanced and so on.
Take Urahara save coupons ... 880 coupons you get lvl 4 stones + 1 fury calculate how much you need and have fun (lvl 4 4fury lvl 5 5fury lvl 6 6fury etc)
