I'd like to consider myself your rival in server ATM, lol  so I have some firsthand experience against your team that I may regret telling you about...

Your Yama helps me more than he helps you...  no skill from my Noza means I don't have to worry about his fossilize at all...
Your Noza has crap defense and attack and you should really build up that shit, with 180+% block, the fact that you ignore him so bad just blows my mind...
Your B Renji needs love, he's truly an amazing partner that is almost wasted in your party...

You should drop your yama, pick up shinso gin, switch to a 1-2-2, T1 Tenjiro, T1 Shinso, have Shinso T1 others, but not Noza...  Stack your Noza, but don't ignore your Renji... also, for events, you can easily pull Noza for a third assaulter

Also, don't forget, you can evo 10 fury to Shinso making him T1 at 80% from stones
