Got question about chair hp regen mod. Does he restore 30% hp if hp less then 50% once per battle or its triggering everytime by condition?

If it is like similar mods, it triggers on his turn with that condition.

well that too (if that is possible with him)
the crit gives + 35 fury ontop of the normal 70 right? (50% increase)
