Is demon ichigo available for EU? And do we get any partners from halloween event started today? I guess its dark rukia.

Demon Ichigo is not available on NA or EU and won't be for a long time. He is also going to cost over $7,000 minimal. He's 288,000 gold on CN servers, which is over $7,000. Seeing how prices get jacked up in NA/EU on events (such as Dark Rukia being 36,000 ice crystals NA/EU and 24,000 on CN) I expect Demon Ichigo to cost over $10,000 when we do get him.
As for a partner for this event, I don't know. We'll see when we get the last 2 tabs open. I don't think there is though, I believe there is some sort of reward title.

Maybe one. I dunno, depends on who is actually rich. If I had $300,000 laying around doing nothing, I might do it for Demon ichigo, for the lulz.
