Do you have  missed days iin csb it happens to   those  who miss days
and its always top BP , rank doesnt matter but  if you do csb everyday  there
shouldnt be problem

btw billy the willy = rookie right? he topup alot still hv alot gold in his acc but never use his gold for buy partner?! only for daily i heard last time he topup ulti charge 200k(few months ago ulti charge)

Dunno but he has more money than brains it seems.
But then again that entire server range up there has the same problem.

Once I was kicked out ToT as well. I wasnt even in the list which shows the BPs - the one on the right-.

Then I spammed submıt button everyday and now it fixed  :/ So stupid

Don't know what the problem is with Oota, but Rookie's not active so it's normal, maybe you registered with low BP by mistake or you just forgot to submit your formation?
If not, i hope they're not gonna kick me out as well...

I couldnt participate once 4 weeks in a row in ToT even i had most BP's, luckly i got back in. Support wasnt helpfull at all (dont know what i expected ) Lots of other ppl got kicked for 1 week too. so maybe its just a 1time thing. just spamm that submit button
