hello guys my team is kirinji-spirit blade main-kyoraku-harribel and kumamura
my zanpakuto is ashisogi
as the poll said i want to what i should do
i already have 12 fury stones and 4 fury from gear and i need atleast 30 more stones for t1 my kirinji or my kyoraku
but i want to take ryumon ikkaku for shinso

gin needs 24 stones to make him t1 and right now i have 12

First of all, you should definetly get Ryumon for shinso, but you should not spend any coupons on it, just save up your comrade contracts from daily task, that's how I got him for free^^
Takes a little more time, but it is definitely worth it.

2nd of all, top up 200 gold on the 2nd day of the Reio guardian event and spend 500 gold, you will get 8 fury stones as a reward for completing all the tasks once in the event.  (For EU servers that would be now, for US that would be when the server resets later today )

3rd, get fury stones for the coupons

Depends on what you wanna do you probably don't need shinso gin if you want to get stronger or perhaps you have an specific team in mind inn wich he would fit really well then its a different story. Or you could be like me and just like to collect partners you think look good or cool in a way. Just trying to say depends on what you want. If you'd plan on a pvp team with a fury giver i do suppose he is better then kisuke. So in that aspect i voted on ikkaku.

the team i got in my mind is kirinji-kyoraku-s.gin-main and h.ichi
kyoraku gives 10% speed to all with his 6th mod and s.gin gives 10% speed to kidos with his mod
that's why i want him
