This is legit an impossible equation...
X-7 can not equal 19+X...
(Either that or badbone is correct and the answer = infinity which is an abstract number and therefore it would kind of work    )

Unless the capital X is suppose to represent the roman numeral for 10.

10 - 7 = 19 + x
3 = 19 + x
x = -16

If not, then I've no idea.

X-7=19+x

It has clearly to do with the big and small x
so you can put any value that you want just to make the equation work
X=30   x=4
30-7=19+4
