Nope, X is an unknown value.

How did you conclude that it's zero ?
Also, -7 does not equal 19.

making it simple...
if x-7 need to equal x+19 then x need to be 2 seperate number at the same time

so i decide that in my personal awnser the right solution to the question is

x=27 (sum is 20)
and x(#2) is 1 (sum is 20)

there you got my "x" is a mix between 27 and 1 (almost as easy and logical as my previous girlfriend too XD )

the answer is -6 because -6-7=13 also +19-6=13
