For just topping up, Halloween Feast was the cheapest to get RJ. It was around 18k split up over 3 days with 6k each day.

You would get 15k gold for a 6k topup during that event. You would of still have to spend most of the gold you got.

For just spending, Anniversary Feast was 40k points which is spending 40k gold in that event. Since the "Hot Item" changes each time, it may not be RJ again
