I have no idea why people are so threatened by rj's mutilate seeing as it is only 14% for 3 rnds (unlike koga 40% aoe 2 rnds or oetsu normal and koga exclusive 90% single target and a few other partners who do more).
Its the ignite that does a huge amount of damage and that can normally be countered by high stamina ( if its the same as resurreccion ignite that is, not really sure -> which means 30% total atk + ignore defense aka not 30% hp damage). I've noticed rj's doing 60% damage on my supps and then only ~20% on my van. There was even a fight in last ToT where 2 rj users fought the entire 20 rnds xD (was fun to watch ) Don't have rj myself so it's just an observation I got from fighting the rj users on my server and seeing the fights in ToT.

edit: might have a soft spot for rj users as the rj users from my server remove their rj in csb (they're the nicest people on the server xD)
