you look like your gear is staggared with 2 aquarius and 4 dark...  you should upgrade 2 of your dark gears (prob weapon and cloak for raw damage, and kido defense) to raisie that immune rate some,  also, with new features, getting a block rate at 100+ is not only fairly easy, it is mandatory to have a vang that is worth using..  before you upgrade past dark gear however, work your soul cultivation to get socket stones and fully socket the gear, having 12 more stones on a partner helps more than you relize..

other than that...  he needs hit rate (at least 200% IMO) Crit hit is very important to him as block damage will be his bread and butter, and crit damage helps there...   I see no Evo on him, if you plan to keep him, evo him...  

wisdom accessories, stones, hogus, ect will help him a lot...  most of the heavy damage most people encounter come from supports, if your vang has a high kido def, it helps there a ton, and as you raise his physical attack, his physical def will naturally rise...  all in all tho, good looking vang, and good job noticing that upgrading that equipment is dirt cheap compared to regular gear

last tip...  don't be afraid to stack all your best stuff on one key partner...  one partner at 1M BP can easily crush teams of 2 to 4M total BP
