Damn i can't play, no internet want to see the 200% hp, currently using school internet but won't have internet for a while chose Persona Q WC edition over internet lol

This is to counter 100% fury imbalance. It's what CN did. Not sure how it works exactly.

i dont think it will counter Masaki but its 100% a step to not die from his first hit

+200% it s good but if it s only for arena it may be troublesome because you will have to change your strategy all the time (arena CBS seireitei GW BW ) unless we have 200% for all.
