Ok, kukaku is better but why are you writing this in this thread? I didn't see here anyone comparing noza to kukaku, as well as I rarely see someone who say that noza is better than kukaku in pvp. As for those who actually think that noza is better I think that those are 3 main reasons:
1.They don't have any of them and are rarely fighting with people who have, so they can compare noza with kukaku only on paper and things look other in practice than on paper Take red tavern for example, on paper it looked like quite nice boost but actually it isn't big deal. It is just easy to make mistake if you don't think deeper about it.
2.Some noza users are probably  trying to convince themself that noza is better just to not regret the time it took to get him and not regret not having kukaku.
3.They are kenpachi's fanboys
