I believe they have Gentle Byakuya but EU/US may have someone different.

Is B Rukia at 30k Anniversary Feast better then 20k Dominator B Rukia?
cause 30k Anniversary, you get can get 30k worth of stones and Lv11 Hogus as well.or would it be better to spend 20k on B Rukia in Dominators and 10k on 5 sets of cyclone sets in Treasure Box o.O?
