Yeah i know top 3 guys on my server have more bp then me, but they lose to me just cuz i have red tavren uryu that gives me that crit rate in pvp so my shinji kills them easy

what is your issue?  there is litterally no reason to get block rate up on your supports...
block rate should first go to vang, then to assaulters (for PVE and yes, after my Cute Orihime and Shura skill, my worse block chance from my assaulters is 165% in events )  if you have all that up to 90%, then sure, put it on supports...  but truthfully, I'm nowhere near that level of extra stones...  come to server US 161 if you want to see more of my party, as I'm done posting pics, but really, I do hope this whole thing is a troll, cause otherwise, your toast bro, you have no chance of being anything other than a disappointment if you don't change your ideas...  no offense and sorry if that upsets you

I give to my support some block and strength stones so they will be better in defense end.
Also im thinking to replace kirinji with red tavren ukitake now he is really nice for both pvp and pve
