People's had their chances? we can't anticipated the UBP dude if some people's have miss berserk cause no one can know he come twice in a row.
Stop dream about tensa or koga, there are so OP partners and zanpakutos for come before one year.

funny, few months ago I would say that b.renji is far too useful to appear in UBP and now we had him already twice and since koga is less useful than b.renji and isn't really too popular partner I can see him appearing in UBP in few months

Then collect vit and hope he shows up when you have vit. That's what ppl are doing with tensa and koga too. And just like miken said down there, what could exactlly be the case, and possibly couldn not. You never know
