Lvl 50 tavern

why characters as hinamori start from lvl 30 when we recruit them?
they should start from lvl 50 (tavern lvl)....

You can't recruit them until lvl 50. They just show up right now for future planning i guess? It's the same way for the lvl 70 jankens recruits in Ultimate Naruto.

i wanted say another thing....i have already recruited Hinamori (i m lvl 51) but she started from lvl 30 while on naruto if i recruit a tavern 50 ninja he start from lvl 50.
Is it normal in Bleach Game?

Did you recruit other characters from the lvl 50 tavern with the same result? It might be a bug.

no hinamori is my only character from tavern lvl 50....probably i will wait until lvl 70 to recruit other characters

Yes, it is normal. Exp books are for this.

The level of character you recruit is decided by when they unlock, regardless your main character level.
In another word:
Partners unlock at lv50. The partner level will be lv30 when you recruit.
Partners unlock at lv70. The partner level will be lv60 when you recruit. (This one I have forgot, maybe is lv50...)
Partners unlock at lv80. The partner level will be lv70 when you recruit.
Partners unlock at lv90. The partner level will be lv80 when you recruit.
etc...

But one thing for sure, when lv70 recruit characters that unlock at lv50, you will still get lv30 partners...

This thing is really stupid....in naruto if i recruit a tavern ninja lvl 70 when i m lvl 70 partners start from lvl 70...same for other taverns
Exp book cant help at higher levels because for example from lvl 100 at lvl 110 are 3 months and people cant spend 1000+ gold skull to buy exp scroll for 10 levels

another problem is...if i have equipment lvl 70 for 1 character...at lvl 71 i recruit 1 tavern lvl 70 partner (start from lvl 50 or 60) i cant use him because i dont have equipment for him
or another issue, if i want recruit 2 or 3 characters in 1 tavern for example from tavern lvl 70 how i can buy exp scroll for 3 characters? it is very expensive and people that arent vip 7-10 cant do it
