I think that dominators is also event in which you have to buy him in one go and only in limited lease you can keep paying for him in installments and there he is for 40k so he is about raijin yoruichi's price, also he is pretty much outdated so anything above 10k isn't reasonable at all, IMO he would have to be about 6k to be worth it and only for players who don't have strong vanguard. For me he was for long time perfect example of overpriced character and still is pretty good example because you can get so much better charcters for less gold.

I'm not sure what you are talking about If you save up gold you can get any partner eventually, for demon's price you can get for example kukaku who easily stomps him and many other more useful partners, there's just no actual reason to buy demon for that price

am pretty sure not all partners can be bought with gold, most require you to top-up a certain amount during that event

all partners can be bought with gold sooner or later, mostly new partners are top up in events like UC

Maybe there is 1 or 2 partners that you can get only via top-up but majority of them can bought either via top-up event or spend gold event

Mugetsu and b.rukia should also be around 12 imo, if even that much, I'd dare to say Tensa too

You know what Tensa for 12k, and he should never show up in UBP then, fair enough
