I cant enter in the game , when i try to log in , it's like this , its like i never played the game

Agreed! I have been playing on 2 servers, one EU and one US and both of them have been reset... my characters are completely gone. One of them was lvl.50

My account is no longer there. When i log into EU 68, which is the same server i have been on since i started here, it wants me to start back at the beginning!
If a moderator is going to tell me that i logged into the wrong server im going to lose my mind! Even if i select server manually i still get to new player screen instead of my account.

I was on EU S68
Character name: Nanami Haruto
I am level 57 or 58 and i am 200 gold short of VIP 5.

Fix my account or give my money back so i can start from the beginning.

recover your account and see if its the same one. you probably just logged into the wrong one

I just tried that and still nothing.
Someone needs to fix this. I have now missed 2 events so far for today and if this going on tomorrow also then i would have missed 1 whole day of login in. If that is the case then i want my money back so i can start on a new server. I was 200 gold away from VIP 5. that is alot of money in my currency and i will not let it go wasted.
