i dunno if you understand english but im just guessing on the translation of what you said. you only need orihime as your healer, you dont need to have 2 of them. considering your level i would suggest going for momo and possibly lisa, after that you may want to get rukia for ryoka.
Replace nemu with momo if u want to do better in pvp.if u want to do better in pve get hold of rukia and replace with nemu...and then replace ichigo with renji..this makes u deal a better and stable damage ...good luck
