Should I buy a set of 130 gear?

depends on your circumstances...  how many full sets do you already have?  does your vang and all assaulters have a set at least?  for PVE you will at least want to have a set on everyone that is in the front row, the longer they can survive, the longer you can keep with a 0-3-2, thus tripling your block damage, (which IS a big deal)

as for yama, I'd pull him for at least a Zabimaru Renji to have a third assaulter for PVE (pull Ichebe for him/her)
better options are (in descending order IMO):
Shura Kenpachi (tho he uses a spirit blade)
Sexy Yourichi
Shini Kensei
Isshin

or any other assautler with a high damage % or some effect that helps boost others (like raising combo in Kensei and Isshin's case) except for tavern Quincy U (as his crit bonus overwrites B Renji's with a lower one)

truth be told, unless he is a real killer, Cute Orihime may well do better then Tenjiro, tho her BP will be lower for sure...  if you have trouble with block rate, her skill will boost it by 20% on all assaulters and your vang, plus the extra fury will further help boost damage from the middle row, if you get Shura Kenpachi as your third assaulter even, your base chance to block in Evil Spirit and Ryoka will effectively be 95% without any stones involved (Cute boosts block 20%, and Shura reduces foe's break defense by 75%)

personally I"m picking up one set from CSB, and possibly buying most of a set from Ultimate library (sans weapon of course as I have enough sitting in my inventory from other ultimate sets I've gotten)

With the zanpacto Hyorin, IMO you should stager the gear (2-2-2) as your assaulters will never be fast enough to be relevant anyway, and if you do swap to B Renji full time, you won't miss that extra speed as the only times he come in useful in pvp are when he dies and you get his death skill, or when he can live long enough to skill (which that roughly 60% bonus to immune rate from the staggered gear will for sure help to happen) and the roughly 60% bonus to his damage rate will make his already deadly attack, that much worse...   I also suggest putting a staggered set of gear on your Main, as the longer you can keep a 0-3-2 formation in Ryoka, the longer you will one shot kill, and the better rewards you will get.  Then again, I'm a PVE whore, lol

also, just did some math...  those 130 sets are a LOT higher than I remember...  the acc aren't terrible, and next time it comes around, I'd wager my Shinso will get some str acc from it for the stun bonus, but that's doable for like $10 if I get lucky, but probably closer to $35 for them

I am probably not going to buy them, seems like around $200 if I get lucky for a 5 piece set, and I don't think I'm going to do that, better things to spend that kind of gold on
