Vitality and silver troubles

Im level 47 in US484 and I am having trouble with my vitality and silver... Im only getting to about 90 vitality, using it up in a matter of minutes. And the silver the highest I have gotten in the past 4 days has been 1170k Am I missing something?

I do:
Jigokucho
Arena rewards
soul hunt
beauty game
lucky catand hueco mundo
but they hardly help.

silver is hard to gather for early levels, no worries, it's the same for all.
main source of silver are events, but Ryokas may be almost impossible to kill below level 90 (except when you're full of event chars and zanpakuto), not even mentioning Evil Spirit.

keep doing stages and instance(s).
if you're really in need of silver, you still can sell all the stuff you get in the Soul Palace cultivation (infuse materials), you may not really need these before level 70/80 and they are quite expensive.
in your house, you also get few silver from konsos (+from a friend's house)
if possible avoid selling skill scrolls and bikinis, these will be quite useful later on, but if you really need... all is good to be sold

Thank you! And Its not needed immediately I just want to use it on janken to get better characters
