yes, i had to cheat a bit there, but without any exclusive levels, low evo and low level he still has around the same attack as your noza. defense isnt that much lower either
edit: forgot to add but i think its obvious that this is just for a little fun, not meant to be a real partner

speed is good and all, but pumping speed onto a partner is a quick and dirty way to pad BP...  after ES today on my server i'm going to show you what I mean with my noza..  but especially for vangs like Sado, there is no need for speed on them as their skill is kind of crap

my noza's attack is a touch nerffed due to the fact that I have str stones spread out into 2 major sets, 1 minor set, and 1 set of scraps...  My PVE is too important for me to nerf it too bad for a god-vang

he went from 1.07M BP as I run him usually, to this just by changeing some stones
