if you can manage to get muken aizen and t1 him you should be good unless your opponents b.rukia is also t1. if thats the case get a partner with 1 or 2 modifcations that reduces opponents speed.his exclusive skill pretty decent too. muken, b.ken(with exclusive) and shunko soi (with exclusive) seem to be a good combo for constant skill use and heavy hits.

I would think  ...

muken isn't fast and he will never outspeed well-build b.rukia but if stacked enough he can for sure be tanky and deal great damage meaning that he shouldn't have problems with surviving b.rukia's skill and once he skills he will kill her, that being said he won't stop her from skilling if she's T1 and for that I would advice using T1 haschwalth (cheaper option is hiki whom you have, but it looks like you are using senbon-which isn't most fortunate choice for speed fight and with haschwalth it will be a lot of easier to outspeed stacked b.rukia ) to prevent her from skilling in round 1 and then T1 muken hitting hard to prevent her from causing any further problems. Of course all depends on budget but looking that you have b.kenpachi and you try to fight RJ user (from that comparison I assume that your enemy has RJ and you have senbon) so I guess you may be able to get him. (would be easier if you gave all details)

I don't see why you're ignoring Muken.
He's immune to stun, fury restriction, deduction, mutilate.
He's not a vanguard either, so isn't affected by B.Rukia's debuffs.
He's tanky as fudge, for an assaulter. He will skill, and most certainly kill b.rukia in one hit unless it's vs a ryujin and an unbelievably stacked brukia.

That's what my thinking was, I just wasnt sure if he would be tanky enough to withstand a 100% stacked (assuming worst case) BRukia.

The only issue I've had with Fury Reduction as the option is the case where someone would over-fury BRukia either by means of extra fury % from standard sources, a speedy fury booster or combination thereof.

So I thought my safest routes to counter her was either pure dmg or chaos.

He should be, although b.rukia has 200% growth rate her base attack isn't too high and with def bonus from haschwalth surviving her attack should be piece of cake.
Haschwalth decreases fury by 40 so as long as opponent doesn't have senju it should be fine, if he has senju faster than b.rukia you could use for example fragile shy nemu (who also can decrease fury btw) so that she dies from senju's attack, activates her death mod and cast chaos on enemy support.
Pure damage isn't really safe route becauser supporters are naturally faster than assaulters so to outspeed b.rukia you would need faster supporter, problem in that case is that
1.stacked b.rukia as supporter herself has high kido deff and will most likely survive attack from every other supporter (unless you have katen)
2.kukaku who is used by most high vips gives 100% kido deff and then it is actually impossible to one-shot stacked supporter with another supporter
Most of partners with chaos attack random targets (with exception of shy nemu who cast it via death mod) so it isn't really safe route as well.
Well guess the safest way to stop b.rukia from skilling would be haschwalth+shy nemu (as I said fragile so that she can be easily one-shoted) but that isn't cheapest way for sure, if you can't afford it shy nemu for herself could also do a job although if you're using senbon it will be hard for her to outspeed b.rukia+haschwalth has also other very useful benefits

Thanks for a lot of great info.

But to drop both Hiki and Oetsu just to counter one partner, seems like the most efficient route is to Outspeed BRukia with Hiki to help Muken avoid the dmg and let Muken Nuke her.

Thoughts?
