Im lvl 105 now and will have enough csb stones to get the lvl 120 equip chest,but what bothers me is will i be able to open it and convert the 120 equips to lvl 60 ulti equips?,even if im not lvl120?.

You have to be lvl 120 at least to open that chest so before making any use of it you still need to lvl up
