I'm aware of Captain Hitsugaya being an inferior vanguard to Sajin, but I'm still curious about how to obtain him through the US server. So can someone elaborate on the requirement to obtain him, and is it possible for a f2p user?

He is actually better provided you can get his special off early. He is a Ultimate BP (ice) event character

He isnt a ultimate battle event char..he is a lucky turnout event char so there isnt a chance for a f2p to get him...unless he is given as a prize in ubp and u got atleast 8 k vit saved up

Yes he is from BP, I know as I have him from the BP event, he was the 3rd ice crystal event , dark rukia-->kotowari-->toshiro-->Ishiin...that's the order of BP events we have had

I believe you, but again from us eu cn... the prizes change aparently, for this one all servers got the same i guess
