Yes, his name is Charlie look for him and PM him who knows he might answer your problem if he is not busy and if he can do something about it, most people that are administrators over forums are not always administrators over games too. So yeah good luck with your problem

anyone have  a same problem like me? i have 170 Gold and 120 Coupon while im disconected, all my gold and coupon become 0
and it's happen two times, at first is only lost all my coupon... it's ok if it's only my coupon but now Gold and Coupon? WTF..!
