Yama vs shinso gin

I'd suggest you to build some tankyness on your assoulters, kick H Ihcigo out and put Shinso in your support position with T1, max his speed out and always have full team of T1 attacking first and destroying everything in their way.
But ohh well. You decided not ever use it, good luck ;)

i can't kick out h ichigo x- x i need to have a vanguard. i'm already working on making shuhei a beast. he is already way better then my kirinji

Just wanted to give advice what to do to put Shinso in your formation, because he's reallly worth it.
But as i said before, it's up for you to do what you want and what you think is best

shinso is pretty good but i can easily wait it out and get someone better then him from ubp. i will get shinso gin from legend gallery but i will probably only use him  for ryoka for a while since he is better then my red urahara

well TBH  im not that sure why do you think it has low BP considering his crapy stats ,and maybe cuz its not maxed or anything,,just lvl 10 wisdom.... lvl 10 evo but i don`t bother that much with it, and the gear its just the 1st form...

All your stats are way higher than mine.
And your BP is barely bigger.

But actually if ours would fight i'm pretty sure mine would lose, mostly because your's faster and other stats are little bigger.
