i don't know why everytime i want to do campaign it gets freeze like this

What can i do to fix it?

You're not the only one experiencing it. I think everyone does.
Hope they fix it sooner.

Confirmation from Server 63. Our Visored Legion Campaigns, normal and hard, are both freezing like this as well.
