Lost my account

I haven't played in a while so I decided to play once again. When I log in my account look like it reseted, so I went to the US server I always go on and it was gone. Where did my account go?

The same thing has happened to me and idk why it did it, because one day I logged in my acc after a long while of not playing and had lost my account completely

im having same problem have tried the same server still nothing anyone know how to sort this out
