I've played the Beauty Game every day since the last ice crystal event and it's a crap shoot if I get my 5 chance increase. Yesterday I started with 60 chances and today (25 hours later) I still have 60 chances. I've emailed my issue twice in the last month without a response and posted a thread on Friday without a response. Is this how you treat players of your game? Should I look into another game that has better customer service? I would really appreciate some type of feedback, or what would excellent to be have all my missed chances credited to my account. Will be waiting for a response.

Then I misunderstood the game, I didn't realize the sign in was daily I thought If I did it 3 times in a day it would give me the increase. Thanks for clearing that up.
