i knew i had to be level 120 to use. just didn't know if it was for red only or not

I was just saying you can use them someone that isn't 120 if you do the exchange all from someone that is.  So if you want lvl 100 Yachiru to use them, put them first on lvl 120 Mayuri then do exchange all.

Why not to spend it for Shura Ken? U got crappy assaulter and Shura Ken will give u pretty solid PVE boost.
