For my realm 2 first days are pretty sure, although we have there quite many newer servers, even unmerged ones. I'm almost sure that in every realm there is enough vips ready to top-up, it just that people don't go for it because of uncertainty of getting sode

Yup.
If only someone made a vote or something like that where people would check-in that they're ready to top up and discuss the matter everyday(of bankai power).

It's not like nobody thought about it (tho nobody tried to create something like that for all servers) http://forums.gogames.me/forum.p ... &highlight=coor. But even when we tried to do it (both on forum and via pm in game) almost no one decided to cooperate
