Is there a way that I can reset my account? I have a friend that is trying to add me as a friend on the game and she keeps getting "player not found" I also can't find her guild. I wan't to change my character anyway. If this is possible
firstly, make sure you are on the right server as your friend and talk in world chat to them if you can find their guild. once you are able to do that then right click their name and click add friend. should be ok after that.
