If they were specific boxes instead of a random one it might be worth it. But since it's not frags are worth way more

I would get the spirit stones as you can only get them each once and you can always get exclusive frags cause they arent limited to 1 time only. Thats what im doing anyways.

i would rather get 1000 ex frags than 2x lvl11 dogde stones ;)

IMO depends how high exclusive lvls are your partners. If it's low then get exclusive frags but if this 1000 frags would  give you for example only 1 or 2 exclusive levels then it's better to go for stones

i personally always get exclusive fragments, but i think almighty mod fragments would be a decent choice if your team isn't fully moded

Either way for vip getting almighty mod frags is a waste, it's better to just farm urahara and harribel to get almighty mod frags from inherit

hell, I don't mod anyone except tavern partners and Tenjiro (since i'm a shini welfare whore)  I mod them up, inheret them down, and mod my balls off, lol

A good choice to make sockets, if you have firelord set.
With the improvement of armor, you will need more material
for firelort set 2 socets = ( 2+4 ) *6  (24 for cultivation)
same for dark set =  (6(not shure)+12  )*6  (only 20 for cultivation)
and so on
