You could do the following: Trial tower daily, Ryoka attack daily, Master slave/Slave master interaction, Auto - Battle for half of your vitality that way you will recover vitality faster from having a "party" with your girlfriend at your house, Kill yours and your friend's konso.

dont waste much coupons on autobatlles if you have much time to play.. just keep finishing the subs and main without autobattling.. and go on seireitei soul palace to get more exp there.. also catch some slaves and interact with them.. events and other stuff that wont waste vit ... also daily konso gives exp and silvers too also bikinis to upgrade ur GF..
