Can't compare, the question you should ask yourself is do you need a better vanguard since the one may be not enough or do you need another skilled assaulter to have more flexibilty to counter more pvp formations,

Personnaly gonna go for yoru in spite of the randomness of her attk, the capacity to avoid dmg for 2 rounds and attk makes her a nice asset, thus she needs speed hit and break defense but also strengh and stamina, since she'll be exposed to block sometimes but also won't always be the forst to attack

shinigami yorui would be the best out of the lot.  toshiro is a good vg too. from the assaulters i will def go with yorui if she is there for 30 tokens.

im ready but i wonder what is after yoruichi but to be fair, i dont think anyone else is left apart from shinigami kisuke. i had toshiro before he is good but i know i replace him soon.
