I Just hit vip9 with my top. But I've always been grinding since I started.

I honestly belive given the same items most high lvs have I would be better.

I believe my base states are better then most, which result in better boost from % increases.

my VIP8 is on EU....Lv105 4m+BP...and since i reach VIP8 i never top up it was like a year ago i stopped doing top ups

I kinda waited to do a top when things changed up on purpose.

there is lease of a chance a big topper will top again for new better stuff.
So I made mine when the better stuff came out to try and beat them out and reach for the top at the same time.
