again, several servers are still down... all kind of compensation may not be sent before all have been fixed
play WoT 2 or 3 hours, and things may possibly get fixed

they wont do that they already added 7 mods to all partners which must have been really hard for t ...

Mostly think about Shinso Gin getting 10% halo instead of 10% kido speed only? Or if you just simply modify it, if you can create new characters every so often why not just modify some of the mods, like shinso gin needs to get crit from changing mod to get it even close to 100%.
