How will they compensate?

Prob depends on what the case is per customer, some people may have spent 8.000 vitality in the event and not have gotten Shuhei for this, im guessing these people either get Shuhei through the mail or a re-fund of the vitality they spent.

Other events like Reio, prob just the rebate gold

I write them yesterday about my problem with visored (16k coups progress lost) and all that support answered was copypasta from site about compensation..
Need your advice, should I ask them again?

How do we go about getting compensation for visored? Or do they know automatically? Thanks in advance.

Oh woops, you said to email support. I did, and they just said they'll give good compensation, mentioned nothing about visored revenge compensation specifically, or reio's furnace.

Just checked my emails. Support emailed me asking for my character name and server number. Maybe they are asking in hope to fix the problems I told them about.
