Have patience, you are not the only one mailing them, even when it isn't busy it takes at least 12-14 hours for them to respond

i'm playing for almost 3 years,u think it's the 1st time this happened?
i'm not pissed at all lul,i've lost far more valuable things(lvl 12's spirit stones) and with no response from support.
i'm just stating facts,that 2k cpns i'd easily get from 1 rebate in spending 8k,and other compensation is sh1t
u'll get used to things like these too after some time,and wont even have any high expectations towards any compensation that would cover their fuk-ups

did that,and not once.
out of all mails that i've sent them since 3 years i got only 1 response
and it was after some weeks since i sent the mail,and it was a copy-pasta from their news *blah-blah-we-are-sorry...*
would be cool if there'd be more players who sent them about visored/ubp,that way they at least wont ignore our mails and hopefully would do smth about it

seems like good compensation to me...  not even joking there, only thing that could bum you out now is if you were close to Shuhei as F2P with no way to get him now...  but really, shuhei is a terrible red partner...  only marginally better than Tenjiro...  and even that is questionable

yeah, just respend the coupons that they are giving you back by mail...  I'm quite sure I saw on the OP where they are sending them back via mail along with your spent vit on SA...  hell, I've got a few coupons I'd love to respend
