they still not mail anything about compensations for coupons loss during the reset

That gets solved if you personally inbox them as they don't know who's lost what

They gave the general compensation for this with the mail we got yesterday ^^

They're not, they deal with severe problems as great as possible without coming in to terms of making drastic changes to an account ^^

i have played event, i needn't scam them ubp chart i done 41k cryst and used 11k vit. if them wanted from db rec them know i am right. i haven't create this prob but them. this is fraud

Yea, i got the same response.
It seems that all players including people who did not participate in ubp will get the same reward for ubp as other players who did :3

I lost my 2nd place in ubp, that would be my first time ever getting the ubp title, i was so hyped! |_|
